What to Include so I Can Reply Usefully
Send me a link to your site if you have one. Tell me the one result you're chasing. That might be more leads, a faster site, a video, or an AI system that hands your evenings back. Please fill in the ZIP field, because I plan a single storefront very differently from a fifty-state brand and the ZIP tells me which one I'm reading.
You don't need to have it figured out. That's a fine place to start. Tell me where the business feels stuck and I'll ask the follow-up questions myself, so you never have to guess which service to pick first.
Tell me if your site is already connected to Google Search Console. Once we're talking I'll send you the exact address to add as a user, and Google's own instructions walk through it in a couple of minutes. I work out of Houston, Texas, with businesses anywhere in the world. Tell me up front if you have a hard deadline.
What Happens After You Submit
Every message gets read by me, usually the same day and always within one business day. If we're a clear fit, I reply with specific next steps. I won't ask you to book a call before either of us knows anything. If we're not a fit, I tell you and point you somewhere better when I can.
Some replies answer your question straight out. Others come back as three or four follow-up questions, because I'd rather ask than guess.
Nothing you submit gets sold, shared, or added to a marketing list unless you tick the opt-in box on the form. The full policy lives on the Privacy Policy page, in plain language, not legal fog.
You won't find a contract waiting at the other end of this form, and I won't pressure you to sign one. Even a first conversation that goes nowhere leaves you with a clearer read on your own site and marketing.

What If I Am Not Sure Whether I Need SEO or a New Website?
Say exactly that in the form. A lot of people start there. Sometimes the writing is fine and the pages are pointed at searches nobody runs. Sometimes it is the other way round: good pages sitting on a site too slow for anyone to wait for. Those are different jobs with different costs, and I would sooner tell you which one I see than sell you the one I felt like doing that week.
Do You Work With Businesses Outside Houston?
Yes. Houston is where I sit, not who I work for. I have built for businesses in other states and other industries, and a search engine does not care where my desk is. If you would feel better with someone local to you, say so in the form and I will tell you straight whether it makes any difference to the work.
What If I Already Have Someone Doing This?
Then tell me that first. I will not spend your opening reply trying to talk you out of the person you already pay. Sometimes what you have is working and the gap sits somewhere nobody has thought to look. If that is what I see, I will say it, and you can stop reading right there with a free answer.

What Do I Get in the First Reply?
Not a brochure. What I would look at first on your site, why that comes before everything else, and what changes if you fix it. If someone else is a better fit for what you are describing, I will say so and point you their way. That answer costs you nothing either way.
What Does the Work Cost?
I do not publish prices, and I am not dodging. The same sentence from two businesses can mean a week of work or three months, depending on what is already built and how much of it has to come out. So I look first and price it after. The looking is free, and you get the look whether or not you hire me.
Who Owns the Work If We Stop?
The work is delivered under a licence, and what that licence covers is written down before anything starts instead of discovered at the end. Ask about it in the form and the terms go out with the quote, so you can read them while you are still deciding.
