Terms of Use for Calebschallert.com

What changed: I clarified that the RSS, Atom, and JSON feeds are for personal reading, not republishing.
Plain-English terms for using calebschallert.com.
What This Site Is
This site describes my services and lets you request a conversation. Content here is general information, not a promise of specific results. Rankings and leads depend on your market, your competitors, and algorithms no one controls.
Engagements
A separate written agreement, not this page, covers scope, pricing, and terms for any work we do together. Submitting the form creates no obligation on either side.
Content & Ownership
I own the content on this site. Feel free to link to it or quote a short piece with credit. The RSS, Atom, and JSON feeds carry full articles so you can read them in whatever feed reader you like, that's what they're there for. Republishing them, or any other page on this site, on another site as your own isn't okay.
Affiliate Links
I don't use affiliate links right now. If I ever add one, it will be labeled right where it appears, and this page will say so first. Outside sites I link to set their own terms and privacy rules, and I don't control them.
No Warranties
The site is provided as-is. I work hard to keep it accurate and available, but I don't guarantee it will be error-free or online every minute.
