New Hampshire

Internet Marketing Service in New Hampshire: Built to Convert.

The need is a plan that fits New Hampshire, and the work spans websites, SEO, video, ads and automation. I'm Caleb Schallert, Houston-based, working the same remote-first way I work everywhere without a local office. An audit first, a plan you can question, and Search Console data every month showing what moved.

Internet Marketing Service Starts With Your ZIP Code

Whether you're in Manchester or anywhere else in the state, give me your ZIP. I'll show you what results look like for your market.

New Hampshire grows a granite White Mountains ridge above a birch-and-maple forest. I build the site to match that ground.

How Remote Work With Me Runs

I’ve never opened an office in the state, and I say so upfront instead of pretending otherwise.

  • I check what’s live first, always
  • You get a plan before anything moves
  • Visible progress by the first few weeks

Month one follows that order every time, no exceptions. Nothing turns into a black box.

Caleb Schallert, based in Houston, works with clients across the country.

Here’s what I build for you.

Audit

A first pass over what already exists

Build

A remote-first build, paced on a schedule you track

Prove

Search Console data, month over month

Audit, build, prove: the same three steps in every state.

Audit, build, prove, in that order, for any engagement, same as anywhere else. Skip a step and it shows up later, probably at a worse time.

The Market, Sourced

As of 2024, New Hampshire counts 1,409,032 people (U.S. Census Bureau estimate). I don't round that up or down for anybody.

  • 1,409,032 people, 41st by population
  • 39,298 employer businesses, 41st nationally (2023)
  • About 27.9 employer businesses per 1,000 people
  • Largest city: Manchester, 116,386 people

That's where the field gets thickest (8% of the state's population). More searches just means more rivals chasing the same ones.

The single metro area carries this local search reality:

  • Manchester-Nashua: 430,462 people

The cross-border metro New Hampshire businesses also compete in: Boston, MA (5,025,517).

The state runs on Eastern time, 1 hour ahead of Houston's Central time, per 49 CFR Part 71. It's a genuine factor in scheduling, and I plan around it instead of a Houston-only calendar.

What the Workforce Works In

These three sectors carry more of the workforce than anything else, per the BLS's own count, not my guess.

  • Health Care and Social Assistance: 97,772 jobs, 2024 (and I build the trust page first here, before anything else)
  • Retail Trade: 90,418 jobs, 2024 (I've fixed a wrong closing time and watched the calls start the same week)
  • Manufacturing: 68,487 jobs, 2024 (and a spec sheet closes more deals here than a map listing ever will)

I once built a dentist's plan and a contractor's plan off the same audit template and threw out half of each. The sector decided more than the state did.

I've had two inquiries land the same afternoon, one asking about the whole state and one asking only about their block. It's why every state page I build carries two full answers.

  • The one searcher who truly means the whole state is usually someone about to move here
  • Voice search skews local harder than typed search does, even inside the state
  • A search from Manchester-Nashua already reads local to Google before I touch anything
  • Desktop sessions skew toward comparison shopping; phones skew local

A search for internet marketing covers both a statewide comparison and a single-metro decision. One page, two jobs.

What I Would Do First for a New Hampshire Business

Manchester-Nashua carries so much of the state's field that a second market barely enters the plan.

  • Health Care and Social Assistance is 97,772 jobs strong statewide (2024), so I'd lead with reviews and licensing, since that's what a worried searcher checks first
  • Retail Trade is 90,418 jobs strong statewide (2024), so I'd rather fix a wrong hour than write a new page, if I had to pick one first
  • Manufacturing is 68,487 jobs strong statewide (2024), so I'd write for the buyer doing research, since a map pack barely reaches them

I've watched a smaller metro clear its field faster than the bigger one simply because fewer people were competing for it. I size the build to Manchester-Nashua and nothing bigger than the data supports. The plan I hand a business depends more on who its customers are and where they're searching from than on anything I could guess before opening the audit and reading what it turns up. No two plans match.

One tag, one row, first. In New Hampshire the tag reads a metro's name before it reads a service.

Seasons, Timing and the Map Pack

I've never padded a plan to look like it's competing with a bigger metro; it isn't. One calendar doesn't fit the state, at least not once you look past the first industry.

  • Health Care and Social Assistance, barely moves with the seasons at all
  • Retail Trade, tracks the national retail calendar, thicker competition around the holidays
  • Manufacturing, runs on order volume, not the calendar

39,298 employer businesses call the state home, spread across industries that don't share a rhythm. That gap is real.

Internet Marketing Service in New Hampshire: What an Audit Usually Turns Up

Audits on other sites keep turning up the problems below, each with its numbers. They are not a diagnosis of your site, only a picture of what the first pass looks for.

  • 22 of 157 redirect destinations returned 404
  • Click-through rate of 1.01 percent against 0.09 percent site-wide

Twenty-Two Redirect Rules Pointing at Pages That Returned 404

A personal-injury law firm's redirect table had been checked twice, and both audits looked only at sources: loops, self-redirects, chains, duplicates. Where the rules sent people went unchecked. We diffed all 157 unique destinations against the 450 canonical URLs in the XML sitemaps, which left 33 candidates, and 22 returned 404. The Spanish content had moved under an /es/ prefix and the table was never repointed. We repointed all 22, 19 of them to the exact /es/ twin, and the final table held 281 rules with none pointing at a 404.

Eighty-Three Thin Pages the Rules Said to Delete

The usual rule says to delete thin pages, and it would have removed 83 short case-result pages from a personal-injury law firm's site. The median ran 253 words and 71 of the 83 sat under 300. Yet their click-through rate was 1.01 percent against 0.09 percent across the site. That is about eleven times higher. One page had a settlement figure in its title. It took 16 clicks from 584 impressions. The recommendation was to keep every one and link them from the matching service pages, because a concrete result in a title is what people comparing firms click.

The Scope of an Engagement

I rarely sell all five to one business at once, and the audit is what decides which apply.

  • Internet Marketing Service: SEO and content work, plus the technical fixes underneath, so a site gets found.
  • Website Designer: a site built fast and clean enough to convert the traffic the SEO work already sends it.
  • Video Production Service: video that carries the brand's own voice, not stock-footage filler.
  • Advertising Agency: paid ads that cover the gap while the organic rankings build underneath.
  • Automation Company: the follow-up and lead-routing work that keeps a new lead from going cold.

I would rather start with one or two and prove them out. I have watched a business buy all five up front and use two of them.

This page sits inside the full United States directory, right alongside the country-level numbers and every other state I've already built a page for.

No generic national page could hold this: population, competition, and industry mix all move state to state.

The Five Services

These five things cover most of what a business ends up needing. I've had clients start on one and grow into three.

Quick Answers

Do You Have an Office in New Hampshire?

I'm based in Houston, Texas, with no New Hampshire storefront to point to. Every client gets the same remote-first process. When a trip is truly warranted, a launch, a shoot, a leadership meeting, I book it. Otherwise the work runs remote, and I don't pretend it's something else.

How Is Working With Someone Outside New Hampshire Different From Hiring Locally?

The tools change; the attention doesn't. A kickoff call and a written plan replace the desk visit a local shop might offer. I answer my own phone, and I've told a client their number went the wrong way before they noticed it themselves, the accountability a monthly report is supposed to buy.

With New Hampshire This Crowded a Market, What Does Working With Me Here Include?

Five things sit inside working together: internet marketing service, website designer, video production service, advertising agency, automation company. I've turned down selling all five to a business that only needed two of them, and I'd do it again.

How Fast Can We Start Working Together If My Business Is in Manchester?

Reach out and I reply within one business day, no phone tag. We'll talk through the business, then set a kickoff call. A written plan follows that you can push back on before anything ships.

Manchester Is the Only In-State Metro. Does New Hampshire Still Need a State-Level Plan?

Not much. Manchester, about 31% of the state's people, is the one metro it can call its own. A large share of the rest of the state's people live inside Boston's metro, across the state line. I've never found a reason to split those into two separate plans here.

Which Industries in New Hampshire Benefit Most From This?

The top industries, per BLS data, are Health Care and Social Assistance, Retail Trade, and Manufacturing. Those are also where I see the competition run thickest, the most businesses chasing the same searches.
